1. Who We Are

TWG Insights is operated by The Westen Group ("we", "us", "our"), a digital marketing agency. This policy describes how we handle information within the TWG Insights reporting dashboard, an internal, invite-only tool used by agency staff and the specific clients we serve.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: the email address we assign to each authorized user.
Advertising and analytics data: performance metrics retrieved on your behalf from Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Business Profile for accounts you or your clients own.
Operational logs: minimal request logs used to diagnose errors and keep the service running.

We do not collect data from visitors who are not signed in beyond standard hosting logs.

3. How We Use Information

Information is used solely to display advertising performance reports to authorized users, generate branded PDF exports, and maintain and secure the service. We do not sell data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

TWG Insights' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained from Google APIs is used only to present reporting metrics inside the dashboard and is not transferred to third parties, used for advertising, or read by humans except as required for security, legal compliance, or with explicit user consent.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share data with third parties for their own use. We rely on infrastructure providers (hosting, database, and authentication) that process data only on our behalf and under contract.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Advertising and analytics data is retrieved on demand and cached only as needed to serve the dashboard. Account records are retained while the account is active. To request deletion of an account or disconnection of a linked advertising account, email thewestengroup@gmail.com.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored with access controls and row-level security. Access is restricted to authenticated users and, on our side, to agency personnel who need it to operate the service.

8. Children

TWG Insights is a B2B tool and is not directed to children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
